same here. fyers phone lines are busy. it seems that a robust trading system for small retail traders in India is still a distant dream.

I am using Fyers one, not getting any datafeed from last 20-30 mins. So thought of coming here to check whether other friends are facing the same issue or not.

Now it is confirmed that some problem has happened from THEIR END.

Generally the brokers do not charge for auto-square off.

Discount brokers do charge. Zerodha, Upstox, TSO all charge 20/- for auto square off as far as I remember

Thanks. Must be a recent thing. I haven't had an auto-square off for a long time now, but I don't remember paying for it in the past. My bad, am not up-to-date.

Just got feedback from the team that you haven't been charged Call N trade. But we have charged Admin Square off charges. If any position is squared off from our end, these charges will be applicable.

@OneThatGotAway , Firstly thanks. Competition is good. It keeps everyone on their toes. But matter of fact with regards to pricing is that it can only go to zero and it is already at that price. Just saying.

there were two issues.

Checked the ticket and confirmed with support team. The feedback is that you had not closed one Intraday position sir so we charged 20rs on 11th and he has called us and modified one order and it got executed so again 20 has been charged on 19th. Hope this clarifies.
