Why is Demat Account opening taking so long?

Are P&L reports not shown in Keystone? I am getting the reports in old BO but not in Keystone. Not a big issue but just curious to know that I am missing something or not.

Also for calculating Options Turnover , I am getting different views from different sources. I consulted my CA and his view is another different one. :lol:

Do you have any write up on the calculation of Turnover where Options are concerned. I am heavily involved in Options trading and even minute differences will change the audit condition for me.

Please if you have good information on it then share.

It showing Per Order Traded Fee at fixed at 40 for even for 100qty in equity for intraday
This was earlier Brokerage 0.01% or Rs. 20/Trade whichever is lower

Max Profit calculation seems wrong. When the stock plunges to 0 , what is the Max profit ?

Please revisit this part and correct.

Another query is : any tentative date when upstox web version will be live. I'm much comfortable in web than mobile app

Yes, there is some discrepancy between key stone and old back office. Until we rectify it kindly refer to the old back office reports.

Old Dream Plan customers will charged earlier Brokerage 0.01% or Rs. 20/Trade whichever is lower

That is crazy. So if I buy and sell for Rs 5000 in intraday equity, I will be charged Rs 40? that is like 0.4% brokerage. much more than delivery brokerage of Sharekhan for trading intraday?

Can you confirm if it is not for existing clients.

I don't know how it is fair for new clients also.

Got mail from support saying not for existing clients,But i think they will slowly move existing clients to new pricing.[Like they did before]
But for New customers
But this will hammer new user opening account with them
I mailed both raghu and ravi for reason behind this new pricing awaiting their reply.

Upstox has been free brokerage since the concept was introduced in July 2015. Hmm... how about free and great service? Only delivery trading is free, the rest all have the same fees.

How come Zerodha was hailed for it then if u already had it?
