I meant, is there a demand for those commodities for it to be commercially viable for us as a broker? We don't mind as long as it makes sense. After meeting with one of the majority shareholders of NCDEX, I wasn't very bullish since retail traders are not very active there. As a broker, we need volumes. I have been meeting with ICEX officials too. They have been trying to convince Fyers to become a member. It's a new concept: A diamond exchange! But will need to see some uptake before we can just take the plunge..

in NCDEX there are two kind of Brokers.
1. pure broking & Trading
2. Warehouse holders who are member of NCDEX where u can submit you goods delivery have lab test.

Type-2 are making money because of their own warehouse. They have dealing desks where trader buys physical from open market from AADTI below exchange price and shorting current month or near month Fut. of same commodity. at the time of contract expiry they submit the delivery which they bought below price and make easy money.
mainly Edelweiss, Anand Rathi and others are active in this.

type -1 only depends on corporations to offer hedge and roll over. there bread butter is people like me or corporations.

Offcourse not all comm. have volumes but interest is Like Chana, etc.

Great insights. It's an institutional brokerage game. Globe Capital engages similar arbitrage too. We're certainly the type 1 variety. If we sense enough interest to make some decent revenues, then we don't mind at all.

but LT Fin & Just Dial are only two scripts in GAP up, but they are repeated 5 times, at first glance it looks like we have gap up in 10 scripts, becomes little confusing.

Do whatever you want to with your Trading Platform to make it competitive but Please make sure it is Bug free.

Hello Blackh ole, Yes, I've already realized it was a grave mistake not to be here earlier. Although many traders might have it on their excel, the platform can make it more convenient. Yes, we have option greeks in Fyers One. Read this post for more info. Thinkorswim is awesome but we taking one step at a time. Popular features of other platforms are in our radar.

You know what, I'm so glad to be a part of a forum where traders are interacting so actively. We want this feedback mechanism to get better and to build our product line in the future.

i had shared about ur site probably year back abt option strategies hence was expecting that to be a part of trading terminal.

but LT Fin & Just Dial are only two scripts in GAP up, but they are repeated 5 times, at first glance it looks like we have gap up in 10 scripts, becomes little confusing.

You can change that if you don't want repeated updates (File --> Configure --> Set Scanner Event --> Change preferences). Check the screenshot:
