Thanks for bringing this up, it was a typo error and we have rectified it and there is no third party involved for clearing equity trades.

Yes I also had a doubt about this on page 2. I downloaded the one with RKSV Securities mentioned and signed it . Now I have downloaded latest copy showing Fyers Securities on page 2 and signed it discarding the previous one. Fyers should seriously add page numbers to their demat application form which would make it lot more easier for clients.
