Is there intraday tick chart available with indicators? If so how many days of tick data available? at least 3-5 days will be enough for tick charts.

RKSV - What would it take to get answers to your product related questions for which only you can answer. How many times will we have to ask the question. It is your product question and only you can answer it.
1. If I clear the NCFM license exam, I heard full automation would require the strategy to be approved from exchange. Is that the case ? Do you have any idea of the process?

2. Does the automated API work in semi automated mode? If yes, if I place an order via API then do I see a confirm order window in upstox or anything like this in semi mode?
We're working on finalizing the process. Will be more clear in a month.

Not yet - we're releasing an Ami Broker semi-automated plugin this week. This comes bundled with AlgoLab - which gets the signal on Upstox and lets you execute it. We will also bundle AlgoLab with direct API eventually.
RKSV - I had started exploring your new APIs to use the automated trading feature. I bumped into some SEBI resources as well - http://www.sebi.gov.in/legal/circulars/may-2013/broad-guidelines-on-algorithmic-trading_24790.html

Are you following these guidelines ? You do not have exchange strategy approval in place and didn't find any info related to it on your website. You are putting our money at risk because the document clearly says that there are serious consequences of violating the algorithmic trading rules by stock broker/trading member. The circular also says audit of the trading system is mandatory every six months.

Also, I am not sure if you allow algo trading in commodity market but check the circular here: http://www.sebi.gov.in/legal/circul...al-commodity-derivatives-exchanges_33344.html
One of the points in the circular is "Immediate Or Cancel (IOC) orders shall not be allowed to be placed using algorithmictrading" . On the contrary you are allowing IOC orders.

If I am missing any info that you have not shared related to this topic then pls update here. I might be wrong as well but I have concern. I dont want competitors to approach SEBI regarding this and then we suffer alongwith you.
