.
yea may be ill have to check this .. thanks
Non-doctor advice. It seems to be radiating from the shoulder down to the elbow. Maybe it originates in the neck because it is leaned forward.
no neck issue.. and the pain keeps coming and subsidies .. unusual.. maybe the angle with wch we use our mouse..

A li'l off track.. but my hands pain a lot( from the shoulder to the elbow joint).. esp the one we use mouse with.. elbow rest.. D3 nothing seems to be working enuf.. anyone anything..
Everyone using a comp, sitting for long have all these problems due to unnatural posture, position

Experiment and find out what works for you.

I got small stands (7 inch tall) made
to put the laptop and extra screen on top, so screens are eye level
(neck does not bend unnaturally for long duration)
use a wide table top so that the elbow always rests on the table
specially when using the mouse, and keyboard
I also use separate proper full size keyboard

All these changes can be tried out without much investment.
