Based on structure, 11060 is a good level to short, as there are confluence zones in that price band. Though its a countertrend trade. Most price action studies recommend NOT going against the trend, unless quite a few things line up. Or maybe a rduced quantity and reduced profit target, as pullbacks may be shallow.
