Meaning funds you get after squaring off your positions, could only be used to buy options . You cannot use those funds for shorting options or taking positions in future.

GDP of USA was approx -32% for the quarter. However markets have probably priced it in already..
Corona pandemic is almost over with lots of remedies available. . and lots of vaccines in final stages... when actually not many need those vaccines.
Pharma continues to rise 3% yesterday, 4% today .. looks like the whole stock market is fishy... !!!

everyone factored in Q1 earnings as washed out. Now waiting for Q2 earnings!

US results of top big tech firms (and amazon) shows online biz will survive and thrive in coming years...
