Hello Zerodha,

How does the global expiry affect your backoffice operations and my contract note ? The ECN is inordinately delayed on the day of the global expiry.

Paid GDFL via ccavenue for MCXFno for a month even without taking a trial. Now waiting for activation detail email from them. Autoresponse says to wait for 24 hrs. :annoyed:

No contract note as yet. When I called your office at 1950 they said that it would be in the mail by 2030 max..

I understand that you are under maintenance but don't you realize that for some people, the backoffice work perhaps begins with receiving the contract note from the broker ??

Kindly don't give any post-facto explanations as usual, just note down the grievance and try to ensure that it is not repeated.

you made a mistake. you should have opened MCX and FNO separately.

if you are using ami, this will cause issue because ami cannot handle two exchanges in one database. Issue with time intervals.

I am not using it for Amibroker. I will use it for Sierra.

Today they configured nimble pro in metastock and sierra both for me! now I can watch even same symbol in both ms and sierra simultaneously. It is great.
Did they give you discount for being zerodha customer?
