problem With BSNL Internet connection

Hi.. try changing your modem. I was suffering from intermitent connection drop issue for 6 months and even BSNL ppl were clueless. Replace with a good branded Modem and the drop connection problem will be dropped

I want to use landline (BSNL) and wireless(reliance) to ensure better connectivity(not speed)
I found following info. in broucher of a modem with 2 WAN connections.

The failover feature maintains data traffic without disconnecting when a landline connection is lost.

Will it switch over ISP automatically when landline net is disconnected?

Do not rely on BSNL. They do not care of consumers. as they are nearly semi govt servents. Whether your net or tele ph does not work they defenitely get their 'huge amount of selary'. You can not do any thing from your side just you give complaint and follow it and have a other prepaid data card of private company so that your work will not be effected.
