Just Buy and Sell one lot. Your Contract Note will have all the details.

depends on broker ... some brokers have fixed price/per lot (say Rs. 100). And some new ones have fixed price per order (Rs. 20/order : which can contain any number of lots) and even newer discount brokers have monthly flat fees for brokerage.. unlimited trades
