For severe deficiency daily dosage is unlikely to work. One may need (depending on his Vitamin D level) (and this is not a prescription) a loading dose of 3lakh IU in injectable form, followed with or without a weekly oral solution containing 60000 IU for upto 6weeks.

mostly managers will work on resource management, project task monitoring etc. and many clients wont give billing. so, they are perfect candidates when ever layoffs planned. sad thing is if not having any other skill, its very tough to get another job if they laid off at 40+ age.
