NCR dhoop also doesn't give you Vit. D...Also sunlight taken behind glass doesn't give Vit. D...Sit in open place and for atleast 30mins exposure whoever needs it..

5 injections ka course hota hain...but consult a MD Medicine...apne Dr saab to knife scalpel wale surgeon hain....kuchh katna watna hoga to bolo....

For severe deficiency daily dosage is unlikely to work. One may need (depending on his Vitamin D level) (and this is not a prescription) a loading dose of 3lakh IU in injectable form, followed with or without a weekly oral solution containing 60000 IU for upto 6weeks.
Par yahaan toh vitamin M ki kami hai sab mein, D ko bhool jao.

Specially if they are in service companies and not exposed to technical work.
mostly managers will work on resource management, project task monitoring etc. and many clients wont give billing. so, they are perfect candidates when ever layoffs planned. sad thing is if not having any other skill, its very tough to get another job if they laid off at 40+ age.
