which version is that ? looks like something very different. 3.16 looks like dabba version for retail compared to that.
You can even chart properly. it was only good for order exec but not as stable as NSE Now.

The old Nest trader(of omenesys) website does not open from NEST > about
Even NEST Plus help pages from application don't open.
Google search led to the above page.
Omnesys was taken over by Thompson Reuters few years ago. Looks like Refinitiv is a subsidery and they have built a completely new application and shelved/discontinues NEST Trader.

(or may be itis a subsidery of Reuters)

Hence the discontinuation of NEST Trader by all/most stock brokers.

no clue but it has moved really big. untradeable for me on intra tf though. not many whips today but can't anticipate a clean trendy move
