Fed is buying more corporate bonds! Remember last month they started buying Bond ETF's... which fueled market rally... Now that market started selling off, Fed again has started excessive purchasing .

Not much different from what RBI is doing. RBI is printing currency notes and lending it to the banks and banks in turn are lending to corporates. RBI is feeding some white elephants called banks. US Fed is bypassing the banks and buying corporate bonds directly.

But the real innovation is in Japan. Japanese Central Bank prints Yen and then uses it to buy shares in the stock market. I like this better. :D:D
Since, RBI is not doing this, Chinese Central Bank wanted to pitch in by buying HDFC shares. :p

Welcome to the world of new Central Banking. Earlier we thought removing gold standard was a sacrilege. Now we are reducing Central Banks to legally supported counterfeiters.

Inspite of Dow getting batter hammer and tongs and recovering subsequently, SGX held strong. And also is +100 points. We will need some big green shoots here!

The Bank of Japan aka the Japanese Central Bank now owns more than 83% of their benchmark Nikkei Index ETFs as a result!
