Whenever a good company comes out with QIP, the stock price shoots up..see that in Bajaj Finance QIP few months ago..and now see Dmart prices shooting up due to their QIP.....

This observation I picked up from Basant Maheshwari's book and used to my advantage.....one can read his book for the logic behind this upmove.......
