Correction continues .....so waiting for the stocks to come to our buy levels...GDP growth still remains weak and the steps taken by the Govt to revive the economy will take time to reflect in terms of corporate earnings growth...

If Govt gives income tax cut in budget that might kick-start the economy though i don't see how bec tax collection is really really poor.

They make up for it through indirect taxes.

With personal income tax cut ,there will be a rally but I want to see Govt continuing its reforms measures such as land reforms and labour reforms and improving ease of doing business and cutting down red tape and delays...else the post budget rally will be short lived.

Govt does not have a large room for IT limits increase but it will give in to consistant demands from middle class for the same.....how much they can give remains to be seen.....

Land and labor reforms would be extremely tough to get through parliament. It was tried but backfired and resulted in govt becoming more socialist. I hope they try again . Regarding cutting babu interference , i dn't see that happening until some big crisis hits our economy.

Market looks into the future so it is possible market rallies before budget but sells off after it bec it might not get enough.
