a small off track note.: since you mentioned yoga. @ST , earlier there was a query on the psychological outlook of people while trading. Yoga and pranayama is amazing when it comes to calming your mind and controlling your thoughts, i should know , i practice it everyday and teach it also at an NGO.

It helps a lot in your daily activity and thought process. it would be good if you can practice it for everyday for sometime. especially for a profession like this a calm mind is very essential
Yes, I do that every day for 50-55 min in the morning...it brings lots of positive energy and one feels nice all through the day..it calms our mind and helps in better concentration and focus.

Yoga and meditation is useful in diabetis,high blood pressure,hyper acidity,and many other ailments.
