a small off track note.: since you mentioned yoga. @ST , earlier there was a query on the psychological outlook of people while trading. Yoga and pranayama is amazing when it comes to calming your mind and controlling your thoughts, i should know , i practice it everyday and teach it also at an NGO.
It helps a lot in your daily activity and thought process. it would be good if you can practice it for everyday for sometime. especially for a profession like this a calm mind is very essential
