Added some Puts as expecting market to retrace for further upmove if any.

I too bought puts for correction but nifty kept going out of BB, booked loss

Yes, the case can be taken up anytime by the Court. I feel that the decision will be deferred to a future date.The very fact that Uday Kotak is sitting silently means he has something up his sleeves.
