There will not be any issue if the delivery comes. If you get short delivery, then your delivery obligation will not be met so it will be auctioned to the extent of you deliver short .Keep sufficient margin in the account as the early payin is not possible as the delivery is not in your demat account.

can somebody throw idea about Majesco? It has declared dividend of 974 Rs. Should we go for it?

They are giving Rs 974 as special dividend from the funds they received when they sold one of their US subsidiary.People in lower tax bracket are using it for tax on dividend exumption and also short term loss harvesting. But dont get in till you know the full details.
