My System - My trades.

ST Sir, Can we take previous day's close value from ZERODHA KITE 1 minute chart? I think many times KITE Value & Ami value are different? Anyways, can you post OBV close (yesterday's) for Nifty & BN futures ? Want to cross check with my values.
Yes we can take Kite 1 min chart OBV close in my view.Kite chart yesterday's OBC 1 min last bar close close is -846.7 K in NF and -137.3 K in BNF as per my chart.

I think Varunji said somewhere that it is not Previous day close, but the value at 9.16 that he takes into account. PDC is a misnomer

200 ema+36 ema+pdc=wrong coception as per varun's description (intentionally avoided 'sir' word, nahito GK bolenge oiling master....)
200 ema+36 ema on price and obv=right
hi/lo of 15 min.30 min and 60 min on obv bo/bd=right
bo/bd of 15 min price hi/lo=right
pdc on obv=take only for reference, above pdc on obv only long trades
below pdc only short
I think he said system is about obv primarily hi-lo break and then price hi-lo break, 200 ema, 36 ema, PDC (he listed 5 or 6, I forgot what the rest were) etc etc can be taken as S/R so trade from S to R and vice versa if the space is big enough and trail further, if space is small, wait for breakout of both.

Yes Varun Ji mentioned that in one of his posts. But my study on few charts indicate that OBV close of previous day's last 1 min works better....so I use that.

We have to understand the concept...minor variations as per our own study of charts are to be incorporated in our trading.

Since there is no huge change in obv values as there is no concept of gap up/down, so I feel taking 15.30 values or 9.16 values, there wont be any significant difference..

Watch that on few charts...if the first bar is a sell off then market trades above its OBV abut still drifts down...in this case previous day's last bar OBV is never taken out and we are ready to short the very first pivot low break....

But don't want another controversy so each can use what he finds good....
