Pi is a charting + trading platform, isn't it ? Why would anyone need to run ZT or NOW with it ?

Also, please get someone to respond to ticket #650282
Someone will respond to your ticket soon.

This is how it works:

When you place an order on a trading platform, the order goes to what is called an EMS(execution management system) before it goes to the exchanges.

Pi and ZT will be using the same EMS, hence a person will be able to trade through either of them.

NOW uses its own EMS for which no brokerage has a direct access, the access is only through NOW trading platform.

Phew.. this job is tough, I need a hike..

same query , as Zerodha said NEST users can have Pi , what about NOW users ?
Based on Zerodha's reply, NOW users will not be able to use Pi unless they move to ZT. There is no question of concurrent or independent usage. So indirectly, NOW users will be forced to move to ZT if they want to use Pi :annoyed:

But the million dollar question is "As Pi uses Omnesys(guys who own NEST) for EMS, would we have the same issues as ZT (as it also uses the same EMS) w.r.t to disconnection/execution related issues" .. Only Zerodha or time can answer this question :D

no problems in NOW unlike NEST/ZT , so no question of moving to ZT.
