You are right Joshi utility is great for RT. Backfill in Amibroker is also excellent but in Ninja trader as OFA needs Tick data , backfill is certainly going to give a big problem.

but there is no alternative than keeping system always on upto market closes
there is no tick data providers in india.
even some data providers providing only one second data.that is not sufficient for OFA.
level 2 also not available.

That's correct. GFDL will provide tick data soon but that will be 1second not below this.

This is a sample of data from True Data India for Ninja Trader. A friend of mine sent it as I wanted to see the timestamps. At some places there are two ticks at the same second. Seems that data is good.
