Pls. start reading from page 433 in this thread u will understand... Varunji has explained and given examples even MB ji has shown with charts...

Also in Kite you have check Volume chart manually....

If you have Kite,put a 1 min chart and the volume bars below it....you can find out lowest volume bar by visual inspection...just check the nifty futures bar mentioned by Varunji above.
