Though my personal view is that there will not be any surprise movement tomorrow and major losers will be option ATM buyers because of volatility fall after major events.

@Somatung, how you calculate profit/loss based on different scenarios for your trades? had seen graph earlier..is it used for the same thing ?

ATM or OTM ?
Both ATM and OTM will loose, but ATM's will be major losers in case of small movements along with volatility fall.

expected reaction is slightly positive for nifty.if fii sell stops 150pt nifty up expected in dec series.

US Fed increased the interest rate by 0.25 % as expected and the US and other world markets are rallying. The US Fed Chaiperson's tone was doveish and they intend to slowly hike rates depending on the economic growth and inflation in 2016 but the hike will be slow.

Now with the uncertainty out of the way, we may open gap up but now on domestic issues of Parliament functioning, GST and other reforms will decide whether we go above 7800 and 8000 in days to come and hold that level.From now on over to domestic issues..

I went dead wrong . Sold position in HDFC Bank.
Now waiting on sideline for down trend.
