Imagine a WRB down INSTEAD on the gap down. Now would you have considered that a pivot? Answer should be clear.

Now our SAR is @ 3848. PREVIOUS PIVOT LOW @ 3863.
If we get another PIVOT LOW today @ 3857, Will we need to shift SAR to 3857-15 = 3842 ?
