After big range on budget day, narrow range in next two day..last day inside day...bb squeezed...all increases probability of a range breakout and big day soon...

Better to follow price action using probabilities.. than predict...

but..IMO..
As we closed near the top of the range.. upside breakout more possibility with a gap up....
