NSE is many times larger in almost all parameters related to volume, Turnover, liquidity etc, esp. more in the F&O space.

BSE beats NSE on the number of listings, there are very many midcaps and even more small caps that are only found here.
Around ~5k listings on BSE opposed to ~2k in NSE.

just realized that there it is 11pm nearly bed time for you :D
Its 9 pm now.

Commodities market will remain open till 11:55pm, so it will close approx after 2h55min.

There is no concept of "after hours" trading in India yet. :(

it seems there is more movement on future + commodities then stocks..

btw Vijkris I took a look at your thread "trading dairy"congratulation very nice + informative even if there is some I can't understand have to study it better
