As a customer of Zerodha & Finvasia - I can tell from my experience : Finvasia support is fast . they call before the end of the day if not a email reply .
In Zerodha it takes 2 days to get a email reply for a ticket.

you can not depend on shoonya charts . chart view can be saved only for the current session. you restart you have to re set the chart settings. every new ticker it will start in 1 min only (in last used view). if you open more than 2 charts ,sometimes chart wont update but quotes will be running fast.
Occassionaly I sit full time in Shoonya desktop. Most of the time I place amo orders between 8.30-8.55am . afterwards I watch Trading view charts & buy /sell via shoonya android app. (android app is the most stable & fastest)
still eDis is not available That is an issue. (so I only day trade stocks(intraday )+ currencies/commodities always in MARGIN (NRML or overnight as it does not need eDis etc ) no issues.

bracket order is free in shoonya, but it never get applied.. it always say for this script BO is not enabled.. and it happens for all script across product... Please tell me how we can apply a BO order in any future scripts or natural gas or any commo

today morning I placed many intraday stock/currency/commodity orders via android app. (all will trade only if the markets falls 2-3% which will not happen mostly)
just now tried to open shoonya android app- did not open (3-5 attempts in 15 mins )
Then opened shoonya web & checked order status & placed a new intraday order. Did not try desktop. shoonya web is working.

nothings has worked. My bank nifty trade was in good frofit 60 points u in fear has booked.
