Why funds become 0 in my account. Yday it happened 2 times and reached customer support and they worked backend and amount back to my account. Now it is showing zero balance again. Why it is happening frequently??

This might be due to quarterly settlement. They are responsive on their chat platforms. But the wait is longer.
Yes. I received refund yesterday evening. I told them to send an email or SMS on a day before processing so that we don't get surprise and high blood pressure.

Thanks for reply. Quick question .. Usually short Margin mails come by 1030 PM can I just use NEFT or account transfer to your account before 11PM.. to avoid giving cheques and margin penalties
Hi Infoo! Yes, if you can transfer funds on the same day using any online process then there is no need to provide cheque. Thanks
