I am looking to buy a big amount of an agri commodity financed by Warehouse Finance Schemes of various banks, on a regular basis. However, the purchase is going to be in another state and shall be warehoused there.
I am interested in depositing the same immediately with the delivery warehouse and carry the commodity as a dematted commodity, which I can trade (of course onlt the bank released part).
That basically ensures that I shall not face delivery hassles three months down the lane when all my suppliers have been paid and gone home.
Is this possible? Of course I will bear all carrying costs with the warehouse. My only interest is immediate deliveries and immediate quality rejections by the warehouse.
Initial years business will be to the tune of 3-5 Cr, plus whatever times market fluctuation can be encashed.
Hope someone can solve this....will offer the business to him, with additional benefits.
