you have to look at percentage and not actual number to make a fair comparison.
I did not Rank them, NSE is ranking them "Number of Complaints" wise. Percentage is misleading anyways because here we are dealing with complaints not any performance or satisfaction metrics.....

This report probably shows the truth....
Report of Redressal of Complaints lodged by clients against Trading Members (TMs) during 2018-19
But obvious @Zerodha ranks No.1 in terms of number of complaints received this ongoing FY....
@RKSV is at No.20

We can also see the Historical Data and other stuffs from here as published by NSE.
Helpful, thanks! Any method to segregate them in terms of Brokerage type. For instance, how to know who is a Discount and who is a Full service?

when it comes to number crunching tj user bpr maintains an excel sheet for us to compare. what we need to find out is leverage and user experience and other intangible things that matters. thats why a thread like this could prove very useful.

i heard good things about tradejini. do not know why they are not gaining market share.

when discount brokers will cut down charge of call to trade and squre off charge. this is the cause that maximum discount brokers have small client base excluding zerodha. fyers started with zero call to trade charge but at last fall in line with others due to net and trading platform glitches max time traders have to call to terminate trade. also fyers sud have their own dp sooner

You are not wrong! Painfully hilarious too....
i strongly doubt they are right now considering, charging us for our incoming call. If not, i hope they do not read this. Well they dont have time to read their own thread. Like they care so much.

After using Zerodha NEST for many yrs now they have stopped it. Their Kite & Pi are slow. And like this thread mentions, I am only interested in speed of trade execution which is possible more in case of NEST/NOW. hence for me zerodha for trading is almost over.
My other requirement is NEST free feeds into Amibroker using Josh's RTD utility.So which broker should be opted for -
1. SAMCO has NEST 3.11 (old version). Hope NEST gets connected to Ami using Josh's RTD. Pricing wise same as that of Zerodha.
2. RKSV/Upstox- has NEST 3.15 but they have Nifty / BankNifty quotes as 8,341.05 [with comma] hence it does not feed realtime data into Amibroker using RTD as Ami only shows 8 value (discards everything after comma in its Index value. I raisd this issue in https://www.traderji.com/community/...st-trader-to-amibroker-fcharts.97637/page-445 but did not get resolution so far)
3. Finvasia - has NEST & NOW . hopefully gets connected to Ami via Josh RTD. also has pricing zero. But has a few customers and more percenatge of complaints against them compared to user base (https://www1.nseindia.com/invest/content/arbitration_reports/report_1c_2019_20.htm). So will this be safe broker? meaning speed of execution is best but broker defaults / malpractice in terms of Trader's money?
