Motilal Oswal 26th Wealth Creation study was presented yesterday by Shri Ramdeo Agrawal of Motilal Oswal.I viewed the presentation but could not yet get a chance to read the report completely.
It is a study based on last 5 year data and it could be used by investors in many ways. It depends on how much we are ready to take efforts and use it in various combinations. There are no tips/no ready made solutions. One such application is mentioned in Economic Times article :

2) Another application is invest in stocks which come in fastest growing / consistant wealth compounders for the first time in the list and hold for next 5 years........but it will take efforts to backtest these to see if we get consistant and high CAGR on our investments. So these reports are data source and we have to work more to generate high returns on our investments.
