the problem with corona is its new and all those which you had compared it with are since beyond 100 years...... if this cov19 even survives for 3 years then people which spread messages like cov19 is noting will be no more in this world.

those other diseases dont spread at the rate at which this noval corona is spreading.

if you see the time since humans get tested positive by cov19 and its death is mostly short and depends on ones immunity.

current corona cases 145,993 and deaths are at 5,440
(note china had excluded all the cases which were home quarantine when their hospital beds and quarantine centers were full during jan and feb 2020)

isnt its a great shame on india health system that its still struggling with swine flu after so many years ???

The problem not mentioned here is the numbers of infections from Corona Virus rapidly goes up, as it is highly contagious. This brings more death with it by itself and if not is done what is done now, even slowly, the statistic shown here will look very different in a few weeks as the dead toll for Corona will have exploded.

In the past It was thought, because of the existing numbers, younger people would not have much of a problem with the virus if infected. The true is: This was a wrong assumption. More and more, even younger people with very strong symptoms, are found in emergencies/isolation rooms in hospitals around Europe.

Now who profits most from the situation: Of course the pharma industries. Following an interesting read about it:

Many people are not from science background and not expert in statistics, even if they are they might have got months of delayed data. most of dont even cross check the info before forwarding it, might possible they dont have so much processing power in their head or just due to laziness .
