So the economy is mostly shut but GST collections are down only ~10%?

Maybe its not end of the world for the economy? If its holding up to this degree, the annual GDP print will be definitely > 0



Gross GST revenue collected in June 2020 is ₹90,917 cr of which CGST is ₹18,980 cr, SGST is ₹23,970 cr, IGST is ₹40,302 cr (including ₹15,709 cr collected on import of goods) & Cess is ₹7,665 cr (including ₹607 cr collected on import of goods): Union Finance Ministry

Count the total amount for 3 months. June might include april/may values as businesses were allowed to file returns late.

Goods and Services Tax collections for the April to June quarter stood at ₹1.86 lakh crore, a 41% drop in comparison to the ₹3.14 lakh crore collected in the same period last year.
