It is in Trade to Trade category, just like D-Mart was a few weeks ago. Meaning compulsory delivery stock.

doesn't sebi has restriction on max 75% share holding ?

beside, Patanjali bought the company from NCLT for rs. 4350 cr, Reduced equity holding of existing share holders by 99% (i.e. 1 share instead of earlier 100 shares) before re-listing.

Now with jacked up prices (up 5000% since Feb) , if they sell 20%, patanjali could repay all of 4350 cr loan and still hold 79% of company...

There was some restructuring which means that the promoters have more time to get to 75% level.

my question is why they were allowed to relist? specially with such low free float of shares, its easy to manipulate the share price and full investors. It started as penny stock but it's not that anymore. with 27,000 cr market cap, Ramdev baba is happy man...

There are some rules about restructuring which allowed it.
