AMC has displayed name, age, address, sex of all covid patient (dead or alive) on google map for all to see.

They could have achieved similar stuff, without naming anyone. i.e. patient id, address...

Another case, MP Govt listed whole database of tracking i.e. GPS location of work location, home location, Mobile's unique tracking device number etc on their dashboard in public website (they took it down after twitter post)

Do you attribute all this to sheer incompetence or malice?

With naming the people who were in contact with the patient will become aware of it,
Without naming they need to be traced, tracked and notified . . .
