But how do you account for the 2 - 15 day incubation period. This is not a linear thing. Although the number of cases might look as if falling, there can be a spike due to a spread which could have happened maybe 5 days before...

Probably a 5 day moving average needs to be taken before calculating these percentages.

A. Step up production massively or start New Plants for production of below medicines:
( Known medication cures / required medicines for COVID-19, SARS-nCOV-2, Coronavirus )

1. HYDROQUINONE
2. AZITHROMYCIN
3. ZINC SULPHATE
4. IVERMECTIN
5. Paracetamol
6. REMDESIVIR
7. Favipiravir (Avigan, Toyama Chemical)

B. Step up production of Breathing Ventilators for patients which will eventually shoot up.
C. Step up production of cheaper variety of Testing kits for coronavirus.
