Which one (option chain) to watch in BN ? Weekly Or Monthly OR Both ?

i look at weekly,
but for heavens sake do not use it take trading positions. i just use it give me a general feeling of the market and when to be cautious etc. i do not take any buying or selling positions based on this. these readings are many times only temporary and bound to give a lot of false signals.
since someone asked me yesterday i am describing how i read the option charts.
according to many of the tutorials on the the net regarding option chains, what i am doing is totally meaningless

I observed signals change much faster in BN than NIFTY .. So can't term it as false signal..only the change is faster, I think.
