If taking out "I" from "me" is that easy, you could be seeing another Mukesh Ambani as "veluri1967" having a luxurious 10 storeyed Vilas in Mumbai, dictating terms to industries, government, politicians.

God has created us with emotions and We have created Robots without emotions. Trading requires us to act like Robots defying god creation. Isn't it difficult to acquire that skill?

I sometimes fear as we succeed in trading, we may not be able to live our life as humans with god induced emotions. Trading may transform us into living robots.

anyway if this goes on like this then only there will be one outcome either the person will be sitting on Money or will get Nirvana Millionaire or a sadhu

This might be true because my friends gf broke off previous week after she heard him saying his relationship has given a breakout and he is going long it. After few days i asked him what happed and he with a plain face told me yaar SL udgya (gone)...

So far good day...4 trades done till now....in nifty options....+14, +10, +2, +2......= + 28 points.......still 6K in loss this feb....

got another 7 points.....total 35 points..

6 Trades ...in nifty options....-2010, - 1260, -345, +1080, +2285, +447.50....
total =+200...brokerage extra..........in the morning completely out of synchronization with the market...in the evening its ok.....neutral day for me...

NOT NEUTRAL -2.5 Rs Loss Today :rofl::rofl::rofl:

got 600 in nifty options......not a satisfactory trading day...not locking profit quickly enough .. .should react fast..:annoyed:..nimbleness required......

lost 20 points in nifty options....

U should try to put the reason on why u lost.Resaons could be any ...

1. Not providning stop loss
2. System not followed
3. System not suitable for such trades
4. Sudden spike
5. Traded against the trend
6. Bought at almost top
7. Sold at almost bottom

Many more ...

This will help u in understanding what are the major mistakes u do and u will be able to figure out what could have been done in such situation.I have got my weak point from posting in such a thread like "I always did overtrading and lost earlier earned profit".

U need not mention in thread if u feel so but keeping in u'r dairy would surely help.
Ofcourse I have also recently started with diary and not a person that could guide anybody ..just wanted to share what I feel and have read.

good day for my long straddle 5500 CE/PE.....CE sold @ 51 (bot @ 47)..PE sold @ 81.8 (bot @ 68.5)......total 115.5 ka 132.8.......

could not trade in the morning.....CE high price @ 5600 spot was 103.8 then....but profit is profit.......like today , will trade only after 1pm, for rest of feb and march.......due to cold weather in himalayas..:lol:........

capital preservation is more important in trading.....patience in entry & exit...and nimbleness ......key issues for me in improvement in my trading.....
