So far so good with Ztrader. It doesn't seem to keep hanging on me and that's a big relief. So, I can finally return to trading with Zerodha!

Now, that you're delivering on one important piece of the pie, its time for us greedy sods to start quizzing you about others.

Now that NSE has announced its apparently slashing transaction charges by half, can we expect a pass through benefit? I do wish you guys were more transparent on transaction charges, in general.

If I understand this right, the exchange (currently) charges Rs. 190 per crore, so you should at least split the transaction charges into exchange transaction charges and "other transaction charges". Whatever your cost structure is should be transparent to us, and mixing up what seems like an almost statutory charge, with a mystery sum doesn't seem right, to me.

Anyway, back to the original question - when NSE slashes, do we get the benefit, and to what extent?
Whatever is the reduction the entire benefit will be passed on...

One of my Referee's account got opened today - just the NSE FO segment [as requested].

he has been given Ztrader id and password.

NOW online Fund transfer was FREE. BUT, Ztrader fund transfer is costing Rs.9 + taxes :annoyed: And he cannot login to NOW/nowonline.

What other option do you have for Funds transfer?

Zerodha has proved it again!

Upon my request to migrate me to Ztrader, they have done the migration
during live market hours today, without atleast making a phone call that
my ID was being deactivated.

Any such migrations are expected to be done offline after market hours
and our so called professional broker has done it during market hours,
when I was in fact placing orders.

Zerodha, do you have anything to explain? Any other third-rate broker also
can handle things in a better way than you have been handling this.

For the first time, I feel ashamed to be associated with you.

In fact they are growing unprofessional day by day..
what would have happened if any client was placing an order and he got deactivated and could not put on a sl..today they have said there is FED meet/announcement..
if anything untoward happened who would have been responsible???

I also know of a certain case where privacy of clients were compromised by zerodha..i sincerely hope they get their act together before something serious happens

now i am using NseNow platform.. intradaychart not coming. its hanging.

In NOW the Intraday Charts within the platform do not open for me too. But what other thing can be done is that within NOW you will find a tab for NEST PLUS . This is where through which you can get Intraday charts but first you will have to register for NEST Plus which will be done through the Omnesys site who are the official developers of NEST .You will be able to register through NOW by accessing NEST Plus from within NOW. Once you are registered your plugin will get activated and you will be able to see the charts in NOW terminal itself by logging in the NEST Plus through the plugin.

Regarding Zerodha Trader charts other members will help you out. :)
