Received a call from Zerodha and was asked to disable Firewall System to check but still the problem persists.

I will reply to the email that it did not work and still the same issue with ZT.

Hope soon the issue gets resolved, otherwise I will have to uninstall ZT and install the old version.

The problem is resolved, they uninstalled ZT and installed again by logging in as Admin. :(:(:(

It has been more than month since i received any reply from your side...
Yesterday i called 8049132020 and spoke with sandip on phone.He told me he would get back to me after checking with the concerned department as he can't get details and server was down at time.No replies yet.

Two day back i wrote to nitin to let him know about the issue.[so that my issue can put into a fast track and so that he know where they can improve]
No reply from him either [I can understand ceo has other issue to solve ]
