Send them mail you can get your TPIN ....I think call must be from your registered mob no...you need to enter your trade id and TPIN after then only customer care connects

Thanks for the advice. I mailed them. It seems that pin is called ZPIN.

Hello Zerodha,

1) One of the impediments (for me) about using Kite is the lack of snap quote window. Can you introduce this, even as a widget (like the stock widget) ? Of course, just make sure that it is of the size of the stock widget, else the purpose will be defeated. The snap quote in Pi isn't very appealing.

2) We know that the speed of execution is the best in Nest, as compared to Pi or Kite. So can you allow simultaneous log in for Kite + Nest ?
