If there is no expansion in support than free trading may disastrous for active trader who generating lot of brokerage. I think Zerodha just want earn by DP charges but they increase clients and trader will not get proper support.

One of my friend cheated by Zerodha in September month. He traded 6o days and earn Rs 55000, and also earned brokerage 105,000, but this time Zerodha refuse to refund brokerage and they refunded only 30,000, they told that they change the rule now only just one week before the completion date of challenge of my friend.

Now my friend shifted to fixed monthly brokerage before he paid 3-4 Lac per year brokerage to Zerodha.

2. she also mentioned that pledging and unpledging of shares is not available for Zerodha Demat yet. This is surprising.

can you confirm and share timeline?
