1)I'm using NOW 1.13.2.0,so what to select under Backfill settings-

my Nest Version is Above/Below?

2)Will u pls share ur image of backfill settings(it'll avoid further queries).Pls check my settings,if they r correct.

mine is nest . since u r using NOW, I don think that nest version matters to u . so leave it as it is.

my settings z different than yours, as I do not use this tool for backfill as sometimes nest hangs. I use excel utility for backfill.

if with ur present settings u r able to backfill properly then don change ur settings as it looks ok.
if any prob, then copy my settings for troubleshooting.

Maine RTD install kiyaa koi bhi error nahi aa rahaa lekin amibroker chart update (refresh) nahi ho rahaa. Chart update (refresh) karne ke liye amibroker par click karnaa padtaa hai. Mere paas amibroker 5.30 regestered version hai.

Vijkris,I have added LTP,Best Buy Rate-Best Sell Rate(Bid Price-Ask Price) after those 8 headers.I've been trading like that way one eye on a chart and other on NOW terminal...
so,is it fine adding these 3 headers at the last?

in nest it works absolutely fine. I think rtd searches for the required columns only. 1st 8 has to be there. after that u can add anything u want. I think sequence is also not necessary, still ur NOW looks ok. :clapping:

2)I had a database of 3 months and after backfilling it got deleted..now I have only 20days data.How to avoid this?
Delete Quotes should be used as NO??

Backfill settings me RequestRefresh me 0 ki jagah 1 karne se prob solve hoga.

Do not remove them , just put a ; before the scrips line

like this

;Scrip6=mcx_fo|COPPER16MARFUT;COPPER_F1;LTP;LTT;Volume Traded Today;Open Interest

This way the scrips will become inactive.

hmm.. ok make delete quotes as no.
as said by rocky, u can use ";".
expired contracts are useless so I delete it just like that.
make sure not to delete 1st line. u can delete scrips below 1st line. and save it.
after deleting copper and crude which u marked, don't leave any blank spaces. use to del/backspace to move the lines up.

Good Morning.
RTD working fine on my desktop..
Now,I installed RTD on laptop..The prob is,I cant see scrips in amibroker after backfilling..As no scrip is there,no live feed is coming
What to do now?

P.S.-I'm using Win7,64Bit OS

P.S. 2- Backfilled data is storing under path C:/RT,but not loading in amibroker...how to solve this?
