Is it possible to convert the RTD 1.60 to extract data from excel

I dont know whether it is possible to convert the RTD 1.60 to extract data from excel but I remember there was an utility some 9-10 years back (may be more/less) that feeds excel data to amibroker.

btw, from where you will get real time data in excel.
which terminal/broker is providing it now a days.
