Completely agree. Need to look for the one with the lowest expense ratio and lowest tracking error. But remember its just like any SIP, do this monthly. You are not really buying more frequently than investing in MFs. Its only that in -ve months (on the day you choose to invest, say 18th of every month) you buy a little more than normal.
