I am getting same problem when upgrade t nest plus V1.4.0.0. I uninstall and install old version (Ver. 1.3.0.0) and it works fine for me now.

Could some one post the link for the tool (NEST to Ami) here? also details on how many symbols it support, do we need any license subscription ? like monthly, year ?

i will be using only 2 symbols, copper & Crude...
