It is not working for me (windowsxp sp3) it says application failed to initialize properly. doesnt it need any other software?

atleast .Net framework 2 is needed. but isnt it preintalled with xp. if not download it from here

Questions (All 3 are inter-related)

1.Backfill available? (almost equivalent to Q2)
2.If we start MyQuotes at 11am, will it download the previous data i.e. 9.55am to 11am?
3. If AB is not running but MyQuotes is, then will the data be stored and when later we start AB, the data can be imported into AB?
