Money Distribution With Risk Appetite

#11
How is Risk Appetite Defined? Any criteria for defining High/Low/Moderate Risk Appetite?

My own experience is that 99% of the people coming to equity markets (Especially the investor class) have no idea what risk is.(For example, 99.99%will say that a Long-term investment is less risky than a short-term trading adventure.).
Hi Moneygurukul,

Thanks for replying, you have asked the perfect question. Let me give you some details too. I am in information tech, 27 yrs old, single, with God's grace no major obligation. I invest in stocks with strict 1 yr in view only. Whether it a loss or profit I take it to the par. In this way I sometime make huge profit(max 300% as yet) or in huge loss(max 90% as yet).

After joining this forum only I came to know that there are numerous ways and technique for investing our money for a good return. So I thought why not ask the veterans to show some path on money management or money distribution.
