for smaller fds, a penalty of 0.5 % of the principal amount might not mean much , but for bigger fds, a penalty of 1 % is too much

BUT it NEVER helps to reduce air-polution ! Govt only find excuses to lighten the public purse and wallets !
EVs may be the answer for future generations !

IMO, Till the time we have alternates to thermal plants for producing electricity, these electric vehicles won't contribute much towards environment.
